The Workshops are designed to facilitate the discovery of painting from the “Heart” versus painting from intellectual thought alone. There is an artist in each one of us!

Art, singing , dancing are natural gifts to all mankind…. it’s how you were created. All children draw, paint, sing, and dance…. these are expressions of life, as natural as breathing! Watch a small child.
As you grow up, judgments are placed on these valuable “expressions of life,” and slowly you stop using the wonderful gifts. Why does this happen?
The voice of the Critic and Judge speak, and you hear words like;
“You are not a singer,” “You can’t dance,” “You are not an artist.”
These words are LIES… stopping a natural flow of life.

(The Critic and Judge are for those that pursue a professional career.)

There is a hidden well in each one of us,  filled with “the water of creativity.”  Throughout our lives this well water becomes stopped up or slowed down to a trickle.  In these Workshops we will “prime the pump” and start the creative “juices” flowing again.  This flow will affect all areas of your life.

In these workshops; We Play instead of Plan, We Explore Color, Brushes and Movement, and We Paint for Enjoyment of the Process instead of Creating a Product (A pretty pictured to be admired by all).
